I won $1500 and while doing the standard kyc verification all went well. Then some days passed with nothing, after some time trying to reach support i was told to be patient while the verification process completes, i got fed up and kept sending messages then i was told it failed and that they will cancel request so i can start verification process again! Then when doing so i received error message that verification failed. I was told they would look into it…. Some time passes and i was told my account was detected for suspicious activity???? Like really?? Then out of no where my account was deactivated and i was told my winnings will be forfeited?? Ive since sent emails etc no response
