I ordered a Smoothspine back machine and can't use it. It is too hard and my 90 yr old bones are all bruised. I can't find anywhere to get where to send it. It said 100% refundable. His address is on package. It had no invoice in pkg. Yes I have the machine and have been charged, but no invoice so do I send it back to address on pkg and pray hard I get my money back or do I contest it on my credit card? Lila Jean Stahnke

Received a random package addressed to my name with some cheap, weird rubber slippers. The mail sticker is secondary o er the top of another mail sticker that appears to have Chinese symbols on it.
