This manufacturer distributes products over seas. My product included a one year warranty which expires Jan 15, 2020. It was purchased through the retailer, B&H photo and video. I have attempted contact with them for nearly 6 months. They refuse to provide proper assistance. Godox employee requested that I open the defective product and send photos of the burned out circuit board, which may be giving off toxic fumes. They take weeks or more to respond to emails or social media messages. They will not honor my warranty which is a breach of contract. The retailer, B&H, will not refund my money for the purchase of this faulty strobe(GODOX AD600 pro). They are refusing to take accountability for a product they knew was defective and hazardous.
