Saw an ad on Facebook about Godli kids toy kits, and did my best to determine it wasn’t a scam. Used Plaid services to pay and waited (they said delivery times were long due to busyness) about 3 months for a package that was never received. Contacted customer support several times. After more than 2 months of the item “lost somewhere,” when they “reshipped” the original box it somehow was “delivered” a week later, yet I never received it. When I contacted for a refund and to stop future payments, they attempted to charge the quarterly subscription with no response. I wanted to believe this company was real and providing a great product but unfortunately I got nothing.
