I purchased an e-bike from Gocycle.com (website: GOCYCLE.COM) for the price of $3607 through Affirm a consumer loan company. The bike arrived defective (kickstand detached) and the company asked me to send back the ebike since it’s impossible to fix it by the service in New York city. Upon sending back the bike, I asked for a refund and the customer care (email: [email protected]) sent a new bike to the service store without my consent insisting they can’t accept the bike. Since I did not pick up the bike, they charged me $1157.70 of the total amount for their postage, which is part of the total money lost of $1158. Details are in a document attached:
