I purchased a pro dress for my daughter off this website. They sent a completely different dress and when contacted they blamed the mistake on warehouse, distribution etc.... and I was told I could get an 80% refund. My daughter wanting this dress for her event ordered the same dress and the identical situation happened to her. When I looked on the ScamPulse.com site the complaints were all the same. They promise one product and send a completely different one. The cite also says free returns but one of the excuses for the 80% refund was how expensive shipping was.
