My husband and I used Go X Scooters in Honolulu, HI in June 2022. It is November 2023 and both of us noticed charges for $2.50 on our bank account. We both received text messages saying we were under charged by $2.50 which is being assessed to our accounts. I looked up the name of the charge because I didn’t even remember the name of the scooters at this point and noticed that a number of other people are being charged numerous times as well. Some were being charged over $10. This company is money hungry and attempting to charge their former customers without being noticed. It is awful knowing so many individuals bank information is being used and preyed on by this [censored] of a company.
