They are charging guests weekly stays renewing their stay on a new reservation on a weekly basis in order to avoid tax exemptions for people who stay 30 plus days. There is one guest in room 247 Richard Morava who has been there for a minimum of 3 years. There have been previous guests such as Irma Palacios who stayed in room 146 for a minimum of a year. They have traveling workers who stay 6 months to a year or more and are charged 277.10 to 437 dollars every week signing weekly contracts under new reservations. Arizona state law states that Arizona landlord tenant are put into place once a person is living in a place for 14 to 30 consecutive days. They bypass this by making them brand new reason a weekly basis rather than extending their stay.
