I purchased a product called GlycoLean and tried to use the product. After only 2 doses, I realized I was allergic to it. I called the company's customer service line. I was given specific instructions on how to return the product and to call back when I had shipped the product back. I did so and the product was returned on 3-30-2026. I was informed it would take 7-10 business days to have my credit card credited. I called on day 10 and was informed they had no idea when I would get my funds back. I want the cost of the product plus the mailing fee that I paid to return their merchandise.

GlycoLean is an SCAM that uses AI generated Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz as endorsements. It promises to CURE diabetes by addressing parasites in the pancreas. It was so believable but DO NOT give them you $$$. When I called to cancel the order a few hours later, Author, the man who answers customer service said a REFUND was not possible until the product was received and then declined to accept. Then I could get my refund. He offered to discount my order by 70% or pay just $ 95.00 instead of 316.79. I accepted the discount and am requesting my credit care company to dispute the bill. DO not fall for this SCAM. I embarrassed to say that I did, and then I realized it was too good to be true!
