Advertisement on a newsfeed app, when you click on the link it says you can order a 1 pack of outdoor lights quantity 12 for $19.95+$4.95 for shipping. I bought the 1 pack, received an email confirmation of my order. 3 weeks later I received only 1 light. I confirmed my order and I should've received qty 12. I reached out to the company and they told me they made a mistake and apologized, but they cannot fulfill my order because of company policy. I then asked for a refund and they won't give me a full refund. I advised them that I would not have bought 1 light for the price of $25. They keep offering me a percentage back of my initial payment, again I declined and said they can have the light back, at there expense because they made the mistake and I want a full refund. At this point I believe it's a scam. They have a U.S. address but when I tracked the package I believe it said it came from China.
