GLO Toronto race event date changes and lack of communication
I registered and paid for a race entry on May 29, 2026. After my registration, the event date was changed multiple times. The event was originally advertised for one date and was later moved to different dates, including October 2026.
Since making the payment, I have received little or no communication from the organizer. My attempts to obtain clarification have not resulted in satisfactory responses.
I am concerned that this event may be misrepresented and that consumers may be at risk of financial loss. I am submitting this report so that the matter can be reviewed and other consumers can be made aware of potential concerns.
I can provide proof of payment, screenshots of the event date changes, registration confirmation, and copies of communications upon request.
