Stanley from Glocarts (glocarts.org) said to complete my order i had to PayPal them friends and family. As soon as i did that paypal showed not a valid email address ([email protected]) i tried again and it sent. Only for some reason it sent 2 times, costing me a total of $420. They immediately confirmed they got payment and my order was good , id have a tracking number within 2-3 hours. Never got 1. I asked about refunding the double payment of 210 and was told when offices opened tomorrow. Now they answer no email ([email protected]), call, etc. I even tried asking questions from a different email.
