I thought i was on a secure Global Entry application form. Filled in my personal information; drivers license, passport, address, etc. When I went to pay to submit the application for $150 plus $100 processing fee, my credit card blocked it for fraud and I became aware of my mistaking the website as a secure site.

I found them high on the search results in an ad when looking to fill out my global entry application. Unfortunately through the application I gave them all information to be expected for a global entry application but did not realize it was not a .gov site until after I had already provided all information and credit cards.

I intended to apply for Global Entry. I used a website that looked like the governmental side. I put all my personal information there and paid with a credit card. The next day I got the first SMS informing me that I had received an email from a person who is processing my application. The person contacted me a few times confirming my information and, at the end, asked me to send over a photo of my green card, which I unfortunately did.

I applied for global entry through this site and it turned out it wasn't the website I wanted to use. I requested help and a refund and no one answers the phone either. I was charged $149.95 on my credit card too and was not refunded. I gave all of my personal information.

1 wanted to renew my Global entry and this website showed up which I thought to be a valid website and it took my application and sent a confirmation email. When I tried to call them, there was no reply and kept asking me to leave a message. They have my passport #, DL # Home address Credit card information as well. The website is https://global-traveler-apply.com/
