I went on line on Saturday to get a puppy from Maltese puppies for homes. I sent 275.00 to seller Chloe Ellis (junior Ellis) and set thru PayPal. After that she stated her husband was taking the puppy to agency that would be delivering to me. She did not say anything about me paying for a crate or insurance in order to get puppy delivered. After that I received a message from swift global transport stating I needed to pay 420.00 for a air conditioner crate for puppy. I could rent it for 410.00!or buy for 820.00. if I rent it when puppy is delivered I will get my 410.00 back. So I finally paid that amount to them. Then they said they could not deliver puppy until I pay 680.00 for insurance. I told them I wasn't sending in more money. I had a hard time sending the crate payment to them so I paid to seller and they sent it to swift global. After that was done they wanted the 680.00 for insurance. I did not pay this and contacted seller to cancel my order for pup. She will not give me my money back. She said that she would call her atty. And make sure that she takes the puppy to pet abandonment and sue me in court. She has sent blocked me. I called the number I have for swift global this morning July 24 2023 and they stated that when they deliver puppy I would get my monies refunded. I told them that I was cancelling my order. He then started saying that was abandonment of puppy and he will sue me. I made a complain with Cash app and they requested monies from seller to be refunded to me but they refuse to.
The number I have for swift global is 810 881 2505. The number for sellers is 225 330 8238. Is there anybody that can help me. Thanks.

I have the same situation too.

I felt taken advantage of buying 20 lbs fresh shrimp and dozen blue crabs from Louisiana because their shipping company asks for surprisingly different money amounts. I feel like I am scammed as all the deposit requests went to different personal Zelle accounts.
I paid a total of 569 USD that include paid to seller $160 (20 lbs shrimp + 1 dozen blue crabs) +$100 shipping fee + $100 (share of lost shipment) + Paid to shipping company $109 refundable deposit insurance + $100 refundable airport custom stamp.
I was angry when they asked for an additional $139 package tax. So why do I have to pay fresh food tax? it is not a consumer the goods products. They asked for tax of 139 USD for the shipment. However, I am not required to pay taxes on fresh foods in Louisiana and California by law. I don’t know the shipping company refund money or not. But, they first want me to pay so different amount beyond my purchased. I usually buy fresh food from another state, but I haven't seen any problems like this from the shipping company.

By the law of Louisiana and California state, I don't need to pay tax fresh food.

Global Swift Logistics is a fraudulent service that claimed they were delivering my puppy (that was sold via a fraudulent breeder, silversaintbernards.com, reported in a separate case). A man named Weston sent emails (see attachment) to me claiming he was part of Pet Packers (http://petpackers.net/), a legitimate pet delivery service, however I failed to notice the return email address was [email protected]. Weston called 5 minutes after sending the emails on the delivery day asking if I had read them as he said the airline required $970 insurance that they asked I pay via Zelle and would refund upon delivery of the puppy. Both fraudulent websites are hosted via the namecheap.com domain (which I have now realized hosts MANY puppy scams as the same puppies on silversaintbernards.com are pictured on many other websites).
