I ordered a part online. This company reached out to me that they were shipping it and wanted me to verify my information was correct. It was. Then they proceeded to request insurance to ship the item for over double the cost. They told me the item will not be shipped or sent back to where it was ordered from until the money is paid. They tried to get me to pay through Chime. I called the number they gave me and they argued with me and said it will not move until they pay the money.
