I was purchasing a puppy from Richard Spike who brought the puppy named Luna to my foor if I paid the fee for kennel to ship her in .Then $600 for insurance Then $1000 for permit .The he threaten me with fine and jail and I paid $500 gor health certificate Jacop Cooper told me give him 15 minutes to get her papers together before shipping .Then he came back and said I need another $300 gor a flooting adoption.Iwas'nt paying anymore money for a puppy that was to codt only $500 .Pitbull puppy 12 weeks old with cut ears .
