Fraud business. I ordered a thermometer 2 months ago and it's still not delivered. i mail them but no reply and they won't provide a refund. This was supposed to be a priority shipping. There is not even tracking information. They are just a fraud

Horrible service ~ bad merchandise!
Sent in an order based on the item being in stock and the estimated delivery time as I needed the item for an event. I received confirmation right away but when I checked the tracking on my order I continually got a message saying that the USPS in California was waiting for a "partner" transport to drop it off for delivery. After missing the delivery date by two weeks, I emailed customer service and never got a reply. After a month, I searched until I finally found a phone number. When I called, the number had been disconnected.
I had given up and figure I was just out the cost of my order ($80) when the item finally showed up a month and a half later. The box the item (an infrared thermometer) was in was torn and damaged but even worse, when I got the thermometer out, it appeared very much to be used. No point sending it back when I read the return policy and finally located the origin of shipping ~ China, of course!
I would never had taken the chance to begin with if they hadn't said the item was in stock and would have a two week shipping/delivery time. Their advertising is false and they are phantom company. Stay away from them!

I ordered av UV disinfectant wand for which $59.95 was billed to my credit card on 4/22/20. They claim it was shipped 5/4/20, but it is now 5/26/20 -- more than a month after being charged! I have not received it !
