I paid $79.64 for 4 chairs and didn’t receive them nor do I have a way to contact the scamming people I want my money back or them shut them down from ripping others off

Ordered 4 chairs and never got. He said they delivered to my doorstep. I have a camera and they never did. They have no picture to prove.
