I purchased a product a month ago. I filed a complaint with you and later went back in and I’m trying to file a complaint so other people don’t get ripped off this company says they’re in Washington state when they’re actually in China. I can’t believe someone can take an Americans money and not mail a product! This is never happened in my 56 years of living.

The website states they sell science-backed products by the name of Glo7. The number 7 is very tiny, giving the consumer the idea they are purchasing the Glo product line, which is a completely different company. Unfortunately, I learned this after the fact. I reached out to the company to questioned where the product was coming from since shipping was taking long. I learned it was coming from China, but the representative said not to worry since "their product was made of high-quality ingredients". I ordered Glo turmeric serum yet received a brand by the name of, which is sold on Amazon and shows a much lower rating. It seems they are a third-party seller yet advertise as a product line. I checked the contact address listed on the website and learned it is a misleading address in a shopping center. When I requested a return authorization, the representative provided a return address in China and stated they don't have a return address within the US.
