I signed up for a Half marathon then closer to the date I emailed them to find the bib pickup location and route because they disappeared from the website, no answer. The day before the race the date and location had changed on the website. I went online and seen that a bunch of people got scammed and some of them contacted the city to check the permits and there were none.
