Purchase product and received invoice number with instructions to pay via PayPal to Friends and Family. Sent the money; they confirmed received and got a tracking number. All seemed well until 2 days later I checked the tracking number it said my package was on hold until a paid a refundable insurance fee. Then I knew I was scammed. No response from anyone via, text or email.

I placed an order with this company last Thursday and they stated they would send confirmation and I have yet to receive anything. They will not contact me back by email or phone.

Website looks great...total scam. I ordered 255 of stuff and thought I paid by PayPal. The following day I received a text message asking if I made an order, if my PayPal account was set up and then instructed to send payment to FRIENDS AND FAMILY at a personal gmail account. Yeah.. absolute scam!

They told me I can only from $250 more when I placed an order, they said it will be delivered in 2 day and it’s been 2 months with word from them. Do not trust them they will run away with your money better shop with people like otplug.com and your packs will always get delivered

The website looked legit and even a guy named Nick sent me an email @3:57 am saying they shipped to 50 states. Then yesterday I get a call saying I needed to send another 250 so it gets stamped what a croc of [censored]. I then sent money via PayPal and yet still nothing.

I lost $250. They assured me it would be a safe transaction, but I was scammed. Gloextractofficial.com is a scam!

I was scammed out of $250. I was told to use Zelle making me think that the bank would help me if a problem arises. Unfortunately the bank can't reverse the payment.
I never received my product, the seller stopped responding to my messages.
