You can't get a refund take three days to reply you don't get any help And u don't get a refund and you don't get the product back so you lose lose all the way around very poor people shouldn't use them

Ordered products online. Paid with bank card. Received items 3 weeks later. Items are made of cheap plastic, do not match size or description on website, cannot use. Asked for a refund, and an address to return items, because it is not on the packaging where these items were shipped from. They stated in email that they would refund 10% of purchase, that this is suggested, as it would cost me $35.00 to ship to them. Even though it only costs them $5.99 to ship to me. They refused to give me their address, or a phone number. This is how they make their money. Now I have to notify my bank because they have my bank info. Total scam. I hope this review is made public so other customers are spared the time and money I wasted to do business with Gladdween.
