I ran into the website linktocart.com/fb43d, it said I could get a discount so I entered my phone number. I received a text with a discount code and website. I placed the order for $17.00 and received an email from [email protected] with a tracking number with “Yun Express” that never worked. I tried emailing support, they responded once but never again. This was in February 2024. It is now June 2024.

I ordered an item in February and it showed that it was delivered to a different state. I emailed the company who was supposed to deliver it to my address in Minnesota. I have continuously emailed them and they are giving me the run around and now the email to the company is no longer valid

Ordered2 the viral TikTok one piece jumpsuits from Girluxe. Order two of them that total $15 on sale, which was $15.00 total. I am still currently emailing the company and they keep telling me sorry it’s on its way, don’t worry about the tracking number and it not being updated. Definitely a scam!!!!!

I placed my first order on 2/15/24 on their website https://girluxe.com that same day I received an email from GirluxeI saying my order was confirmed on. My other order I placed on 2/19/24. My first order I received another email on 2/17/24 from Girluxe stating that my order is on its way. My second order I received an email on 2/21/24 from Girluxe saying my order has shipped and on its way. They provided with a tracking but when I click the tracking number it doesn’t show you anything but the date the date that you placed the order. So I gave it some time to arrive once 2 weeks pass I went to track my package again but there was no new information there. So I sent an email to [email protected] inquiring about my purchased items and Rachel Peake the head of customer support reached out to me saying she was going to look into it. It’s now been a whole month and I didn’t receive anything I order. I lost a total of $3698.

First order was 3 bodysuits second order a duffel bag. I seen them on TikTok

Girluxe- dba 411glam.com sells clothing on TikTok. Once you place your order, they never deliver the items that you ordered. I have emailed them numerous times inquiring about my order, and at first they would respond but then they stopped. Shipping was supposed to be 7-14 days. 23 days letter I received a tiny envelope with a earring hook. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Suddenly other random charges started to be on my account from Itunes. I dont have Itunes. My bank is rectifying that as well.

Website used was girluxe initially they have since changed their website to 411glam but same tactics. They offer a discounted item “for one day only” but shipping is 7.99 then the item that arrives is an earring backing. I contacted them as soon as I ordered then saw reviews on TikTok about the earring backing so I attempted to cancel and they said no returns or refunds but their policy said within 30 days and new condition but they would not honor it. I completed a charge back with my bank immediately and showed communication supporting that but today I received the earring backing. Upon review they are also using this address for many scams that prey on elderly for much larger amounts of money

Seen an ad on TikTok from this company selling clothing clicked on the ad and made the purchase and was charged 11.99 I received shipping information and after a month of waiting it said it was delivered in Los Angeles California and I live in West Virginia. I have reached out via email and get the same generated response telling me I had already received an email with tracking information to refer to that. There is no other way to contact this company

I ordered 2 jumpsuits from Girluxe on TikTok after seeing it promoted for $4 through the site. The next day I received a tracking number for Whistl (tracking company I've never heard of) and started trying to track this item. After 2 weeks and no updates, I emailed the company and received a response from the "Head of Customer Support" under the name "Rachel Peake" stating that there was a delay in delivering the jumpsuit and to "rest assure that the stylish "Flare Scrunch Jumpsuit" will be with me soon". I did not order the "Flare Scrunch Jumpsuit", I ordered the "longsleeve snatch ribbed jumpsuit", however, I was desperate and weary of the company at this time and would've taken the flare jumpsuit. What I received is earring latch hook in the mail! I did not spend $15 dollars for a latch hook. I lost $15.00 on this order. I need a response from this company or tiktok for promoting scammers. Please help!

I saw this company, Girluxe, on TikTok and thought I’d order these outfits from their website girluxe.com. I ordered some items and they kept sending generic copy and pasted generic emails. Then they just stopped responding altogether to my emails at [email protected]. They won’t provide tracking information or let me know when I’d receive my items. I keep seeing other people having the same issue and this needs to be addressed. They are scamming people out of money, like the $18 I lost.

I saw an ad on Tiktok for these beautiful butterfly dreses from Girluxe (girluxe.com) I really liked. I ordered two of them immediately. I entered my card information at the point of purchase and lost $13.00. I then received a confirmation for order as well as a receipt and tracking number whick is now invalid. There is no such tracking number in the shpping company dadatabase that was given to me at the time of check out. I ordered my merch 2/6/24 and to this very day still no response nor merchandise. I tried contacting support at [email protected] but got nothing.
