I purchased a few self defense items from TikTok, through this little shop called Girls-defense (their website is girls-defense.com). My order was $49.45, counting shipping + tax. I lost $49.00 on this order. My order was said to arrive within 8-10 business days, but it’s been 15 days. My package was created around July 6th, has been in Woodside, NY. ever since then the package has been at the same place and hasn’t budged. I’ve contacted the owner of the shop at [email protected] and they haven’t been much help at all. I’ve mentioned refunds and everything as well. I either want my things that I ordered, or have my money refunded back to me. I’ve noticed that when I comment on their TikTok page about my order, my comments get deleted. The owner of the shop won’t respond to my messages or emails…
