Once again another scammed customer. Received a very cheap plastic doll, months after ordering.

Same as above. I ordered a reborn doll for my great granddaughter for $61.69. On May 28, 2020. Tried to check on it to no avail. Then I received this tiny hard rubber doll which might have been worth $5-6. There was no return address and nothing but this cheap doll. I thought when payment went through PayPal it was guaranteed. This is the second time I got scammed and never got help with the first time and I lost $99. If I don’t get help I won’t be using paypal. my order number: 901539 created by mixoko ordered on May 28, 2020.

I received a reborn doll from Girldollz. I received an item that was nothing like it was shown in the picture. It was 82.00 and it came in a ziplock baggie and looks no different than a WalMart doll. I respectfully request a refund. Please tell me where to send it back to

I purchased a Reborn Doll from this website using my credit via PayPal. When I did not receive confirmation, I became suspicious. PayPal had no record of my transaction. I have called the phone number many times which is not in service. I also have sent numerous emails with no replies in return. I lost $61.61, which is a lot for me since I'm on SSID. The Reborn was for my granddaughter's Birthday.
