Posing as QVC, I ordered a set of folding outdoor chairs. It was the same scam as other people - the buy 2/get 2 offer. The tracker said that the item was delivered, it wasn't. Contacted them and after getting some runaround, they said they would resend. This happened two more times after that. Each time, the delivery date and time did not match up because I was home on each of those times. And checking the tracker, the actual time of delivery was three hours in the future so therefore could not have happened. Time zones on the tracker do not align with where they are located in China or any other time zone around here.
