Very disappointed, I never received a book from Ghostwriter after paying $699.00. Also refused to provide accounting charges for the whole process. The process demanded more time, even after providing a detailed outline as per the contract. Consequently, I placed the project on hold due to the contract limitations. Upon attempting to resume, I was ignored and ghosted. Contacting K & B through email, text, and calls yielded no response, prompting me to request a refund from my bank. Dissatisfied with the outline service, staff writer, and communication, I found B's number and contacted him. He claimed ignorance of the situation and promised to call back, which only happened when I initiated the call for a refund. B told the credit card company I was unprofessional and shifted blame to previous refund requests. I emphasized my prolonged efforts to contact the company, providing screenshots, but to no avail. B claimed a refund had been processed, contradicting Credit One's verification that it was a temporary credit pending investigation. Despite requesting proof, Ghostwriter provided none, insisting the product was delivered. B suggested a 50% discount on the next book, but I insisted on the 100% guaranteed refund, leading to a threat of being blocked. Despite reaching out to Credit One, Ghostwriter falsely claimed product delivery, and 30 days have passed with no refund attempts. I informed Credit One that the contract's three-month completion period was not honored, and the one-page contract received was incomplete. Ghostwriter remained unresponsive. How can a company take $699 without delivering and ignore a 100% guarantee? Only when Ghostwriter received the refund on their desk then they started back communicating with me at that point I was not 100% not working with the company I seeked other means to write my book. The situation feels like a scam, soliciting additional services while withholding a refund. Remedy: $699.00 refund. I will post an update.
