repair of the Leaking Shower

They came to fix a leaking shower on Sep 2021, They took the money, a 7 day job took them 3 months! and they never finished! they cased damages above $12000 and guess what the shower started leaking right 6 months afterwards! costing me $11000 to fix, so in total I went down $23000 for a small shower leakage that could have been fixed by a friction of it in 2 weeks!
Stay away! by all means I will support anyone that would want to file a claim.

Ghali victims (collective action)

Fahad Ghali (one of the partners in Ghali General Contractor) did the same thing with me. He took $2,500 from me as an advanced amount (50% of the total amount) and he never did the work nor returned the money. Since June 2022, he keeps delaying the work and promising to return the money but he never did. I started a case against him in the small claims court. I hope we take a collective action against him and his partners in Ghali general contracting. Please contact me ([email protected]) to coordinate with each other.

Shower repair

These guys were supposed to repair my leaking shower, the job was small and was supposed to cost less than $4000, a 5ft by 7 ft shower took 4 months, they left me with a half finished job and surely enough the shower started leaking again and this time it cost $12000 to fix!

took the advance money in beginning of September and left in middle of November after over 6 weeks of delay leaving me with an incomplete basement. The framing and drywall were not complete. In addition, he didn’t pay three of his staff.

He not only frauded me but also his staff which he scammed thorough the kijiji ads.

Previously he scammed two other individuals with his business Greenco renovations.

He seems to have a habit of these kind of activities and trapping a normal family with intent to fraud.

At present he has two ads on kijiji for basement renovations since November 10, 2020

He promised to return the $ 10000 deposit money by Saturday November 21, 2020 but stopped replying to calls and several messages. Now I have hired another contractor to get the electrical, washroom and entire finishing work including muddying, painting and flooring.

This is not only a huge financial loss but time lost and mentally and emotionally stressful for my family and I.

I hope for nobody hire this man for any construction and renovation work as he is a ******** minded person and has no regard for human decency and taking someone’s hard earned money. He was a very sweet talker initially, be aware of this guy. He will continue to scam families out of thousands.

I hired him to do a simple 10x10 room in my basement. Paid him what we agreed on. He never finished and it ended up costing me 8000$ to get the room finished by another contractor
