I was on facebook when a video broke in of Dr. Oz promoting the weight loss supplement, Gelatide. The video included testimonials from Kelley Clarkson and Oprah Winfrey. So I ordered the recommended 18 bottles from their website, Facebook, and lost $686.94. Then I got emails and phone calls from GEX who had actually sold me the product not Dr. Oz trying to get me to order more product, which I did not do. I also got emails and texts that the orders had shipped, but after over a week, the product has not actually been mailed. I attempted to call and email GEX at [email protected] but have gotten no response.
