Order not delivered despite tracking showing delivery

June 22nd, 2026: Product purchased. I paid for shipping protection. The tracking says the item was delivered a month later, at the end of July, however I did not receive the product.

August 3, 2026: I reported the order as non-delivered and requested either the product or a refund.

August 4, 2026: Support replied stating the logistics issue was resolved and details were being verified and they asked me to allow a few days for resolution.

August 16, 2026: I sent a follow-up stating that I still haven't received the product or a response, requesting a refund.

Received flat gnomes instead of 3D ones from Getvyxor

I purchased Buy 3 get 4 gnomes in a glad our plastic cover which were supposed to be in a gift bag with a card such as Hope was 1 of them explaining Hope and the Gnome which had Hope on it. These were 4 different ones, which cost me $50.08. Another one had Faith, etc.. i believe these were around 3 in tall. What i received were 4 FLAT Gnomes approx 1.5" long made out of something like plexiglass. Not worth $5 altogether. I have contacted them via email. They gave me 2 options: 1) Keep the product and they would refund me $11, 2) Send back the product to a foreign address and they will Refund me $20.
