Purchased Lunova Hearing Aids with the assurance that there was a 45 day return policy. Contacted this organization well within the 45 days to request a refund. Thus started a chain of emails with me requesting my money back and them disregarding my request and offering ways that the hearing aids could be adjusted so that I would be satisfied. They are an inferior product and I kept requesting a refund. Finally Lunova sent an email saying that after reviewing my request, that unfortunately, the applicable refund period had expired and wishing me a nice day.

Their product is inferior and the return policy is a joke. A total scam.
