I contacted them over the phone and they enticed me to provide my credit card info. After hanging up, I researched and noticed that they don't provide any service that you cannot do yourself. They simply fill out a trial by written declaration form for you which is easy to complete. They sent me emails asking for more information including a copy of my driver's license and a questionnaire. I provided info and found out i still had to pay the court fees I tried to cancel and get a refund with no success.
