Elderly father unable to get refund for vitamins from getcorestrength.com
Although the bottles of "vitamins" were received, my mother can't take them due to other health conditions (not knowing if they are legitimate) so they have been trying to get a refund. Although someone answers the phone when you call the support number, they can't provide assistance over the phone and refer you to an email address. The email appears to be automated with a link to an automated chat bot that isn't able to assist either. There was no order number provided (no email received or invoice) and without an order number, you cannot return the product. I wonder if anyone actually receives an email or invoice for the product, so it can't be returned.
