The company claimed that we would receive a gift card for the length of time spent on hold with Bank of America. They said they needed a CC to process the .98 shipping charge for the GC and confirmed numerous times that this is a legitimate company and that this was not a scam of any kind. We were notified by Bank of America who declined the charge. We called Get Privacy Patrol and have never in our lives been spoken to with as much condescending and rude statements. We were literally jaw dropped and appalled. She told us that this was our fault and that we should know better about signing up for multiple memberships and other nonsense. We explained that we have never heard about any memberships, etc. and she told us that we need to pay more attention when doing business. Any time we tried to speak she would continue to speak over us and insult us. This is not a reputable company and should be shut down. I pity anyone who gets lured into this business who say their job is to protect your privacy when really they are intentionally commiting fraud and misleading customers.
