The iTagPro was reviewed on a "Consumerranked" website. The review gave the iTagPro a 9.8 score and claimed it was the best of the 10 GPS trackers they tested. After I received the fake GPS tracker, I learned that "Consumerranked" was PAID for their review. I had to download and subscribe via Google the "tracker app." After it did not work as advertised the very first day, I sent a refund request to Google Play, and the subscription was terminated and refunded. The "Get-iTagPro.com" website promoted a 30-day money back guarantee for the iTagPro. MULTIPLE times I requested a refund (via email chain with "Family Locator Support" at "[email protected]") and the refund request has been ignored. I have not heard back from them at all.
