I saw a add for Aerio Q air conditioner/heater. Read all the details and their supposed great ratings. I ordered this product on july nineteenth and received it august third. When I opened it up, I figured it was a scam.It was very lightweight I turned it on. There was heat, but there was no cool air other than a fan. I called the company for a return. After the runaround, they tried 2 × 2 give me a 20% off, and then a 30% off and telling my I had to make pay all the shipping. If I sent it back. Then, I would be charged the shipping where they sent it to me plus my shipping and a restock fee.So by the time they finished with all the fees, I would only get up to thirty percent off of what it was anyway. I told them that I'll take the thirty percent because I know that it is a total scam.Now that I was very disappointed and that I would make sure that none of my friends or anyone that I know would order from them.
