This person claimed to be the homeowner of a property in Tulalip, WA. He requested a quote for a very large quantity of bulk gravel (delivery). The address he provided linked to an active Zillow listing that could not handle that quantity of materials. I contacted the realtor and confirmed that this person had no connection to the property and that no construction work was being done there.

The scammer never provided a phone number but also said he wanted to pay with a cashiers check. Proceeded to ask for a name and address for him to send a check.
