Is the chime recipient name provided in the email instructions sent to me? They send saying your order has been placed and will be shipped and processed once they receive screenshots of payment confirmation. They ask to upload screenshots and send it back to them so they can verify payment has been made, then they will send your tracking information supposedly. So I did as instructed and have never heard back since, but one time after sending multiple emails threatening to contact my bank and report them
