Sent previous account with address from package received. Initial company is located in Colorado. Received purchased product. My husband ordered reading glasses 2 pair. He says he cannot see out of them very well. On attempt to return the glasses, we were met with a barrage of questions concerning the purchase as if they had no record. On subsequent emails they themselves referred to order # but they could not find our order! Asked us for address, name, etc. Realizing they had no interest in having us return the items, they finally offered 30% return of purchase price. Do not want this to happen to someone else.
