I was having printer problems. I have a Hewlett Packard (HP) printer. I went to their website address (HP.com) for tech assistance, which connected me to Geek Tech Buzz who said they needed to take control of my laptop in order to fix the problem for a fee of $199, who in turn infiltrated my laptop with malware. They transferred me to NERDS EXPERT to sell me an anti virus subscription, which I never confirmed and was tricked into signing electronically for a two year care package for $598.00.
