Type of a scam Online Purchase

This business is a scam

The owner of the business ask for payment though zelle or cash app in order to defraud customers. He does not actually ship out your item but will send you a tracking number so he can move the money before you can make a claim with your bank. Complete scam. Not sure how he hasn’t been caught yet.

I made a purchase on Feb 3 for a vacation. I sent the money through cash app. 1 day later he accepted the payment. Since I did not get a confirmation through email, I reached out to the number provided on his website to get the confirmation email. The number that I texted on the website never got back to me. I reached out via social media to the person himself. Took my order number and everything down, Never got back to me. Then over a month later, he sent out a email saying that my order is on its way. I reached out to the owner via Instagram to tell him that I would like to receive my money back, I already came back from vacation and do not need the goods no more. He agreed and cancelled my order. I asked how does he go about this refund process and he said 1-2 days. Now I manually sent him the cash app, because it was listed as a payment method, so I’m not sure why I have to wait 1-2 days for you to manually send me my money back; he said via Instagram that he has to reach out to his boss. I waited a week and then reached out again , and the business owner read my message
