GE-assist.com Reports & Reviews (14)

I believe that I was just scammed while trying to renew my global entry. The website is https://geassist.com/ but that's not how the google search looked it looked like a government site where you were filling out the correct form. It didn't say assist anywhere... just looked like the actual site. The telephone number seems to be 3213960034. It was not only until this evening that I received an email that caused me suspicion but by then it was too late. I immediately asked them to stop everything and destroy any of my information and refund my money. I also cancelled my credit card.
This evening, I also went to the correct government site this evening and did the global entry renewal there:https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/dashboard

However the company at www.geassist.com is not returning any of my calls or emails. When I searched the site, there are tons of people that are being scammed by this.

FAKE This company somehow managed to charge an additional $149.95 for global entry

Scam link put at top of search when you attempt to sign up for Global Entry. They charge a $149.95 fee to "assist" you with entering your Global Entry application, which you can do on your one through the cbp.gov website. When I contact them, they (Nickie and Taylor) attempted to offer a "discount" of 25% then 50% and then no response. I filed this scam with my credit card company who is currently investigating.

This website is posing as the Global Entry website, they take all of the personal information (SSN, DOB, passport information, employment history, address history) that would be requested on a global entry application. Then if you don’t complete the application, they will pose as Global Entry and send you incessant text messages and emails telling you to come back to complete your application. They ended up charging me for global entry application plus an additional $148 for nothing. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY LIKE I DID! Global Entry should only cost $100.

I applied for Global Entry directly in the global entry site 5/23/23, I paid the fee of $100 directly to Global Entry. Then on 5/2723, I got a email from GE-assist said I need finish the application process. When I got my credit card statement, I saw 2 charges, $100 and $150. After calling US customer Board, I realized I applied to Global Entry through a 3rd party company not realizing it was a 3rd party.
Somehow this 3rd party got into my application and scammed me. Thus I paid extra $150 to GE-assist for nothing.
Please look the email carefully after filling the application, make sure the email is coming from “org” instead of “com”.

The same happened to me and I managed to get the 149.95 fee back and I confirm my information did make it to the customs border patrol global entry site so it's not a total scam just that they are charging you in additional fee.

Listed as a top website when googling “Global Entry”. Turns out it is a third party site not accredited by the Department of Homeland Security to apply for global entry.

I have emailed and called this company many times and they will not answer nor return my calls. I knew there was something fishy when they charged me twice. I thought I was signing up on the government website but this is a fraudulent website pretending to be the government site.

Did they ever file your application with CBP?

This is essentially a scam. Whole time I was on the website I thought I was submitting to global entry. I didn't realize I was basically just paying THEM $149 to create an application and then still pay the normal 100 dollar global re-entry fee. Then they make you link the application to your email... scam.

So, they gain 149 dollars for providing no service. I typed in the same info I would have on the actual global entry application and still have to do all the things I would need to on the actual GE application website minus the 100 dollar fee (which is the actual GE fee). Someone should shut them down.

Not only they make you believe they are a government entity, this company attempted to charge my credit card FIVE TIMES one after another under two different names.

Scammers make it seem as they are the government site for global entry application. Applicant finds out their scam after being charged an application fee of $149(this is separate fee from the $100 the government charges for the application). Beware! .

This company somehow managed to charge an additional $149.95 for global entry, on top of the non-refundable $100 global entry application information. I tried calling them for assistance, but was placed on hold and then prompted to leave a message. Do not allow them to process a charge on your card!

Was your global entry application submitted and received? Did it go through?
