Total crooks

We were outrageously overcharged for replacement of springs and drums for our garage door. We were led to believe the technician worked with as a “partner “ to someone that claimed to live in our neighborhood through a neighborhood facebook group. The “neighbor” claimed ( in a text, I took a screenshot) to work for a legitimate local business. So the scammer stole the business credentials, lied, over charged us….and who knows about the quality of the parts. So mad, pure robbery!

Was told 89.99-150 to replace a spring and was charged $1,845.00 and the door does not work properly!

SCAMMERS!

Same thing happened to me on 09/01/2024. $275 Service call then after he dismantled my springs told me I needed new springs $1800! My door and springs were less than one year old!

Told me he was from Israel. Made up some sob story and wanted cash. Just Google the phone number.
