June 27, 2022, I had checked for "garage repair" on internet. Found "Garage Door and Gate repair" and called the number given. (This add no longer appears on internet). I spoke with the "company's answering service". The lady took my information. Two days later "Jonathan" showed. Took couple hours to replace the broken coil springs. Paid him with a check and he gave me an invoice (#2882). At this point, and until January 29, 2024, the garage door worked relatively well. Then, on this date, by chance the door release cord was pulled, releasing the door from the door-opener shuttle at which time the door came slamming down with no resistance from the springs. I called the number of the company (888-676 2896). The representative recovered my work order from June, '22, and verified my info. Two days later David Nrn (I later identified him as David Naran, Ph# 818-605 6843) arrived at my home. Said he is an independent repairman and was called by the company to respond. Upon inspecting my door (and springs) commented that "this was very poor work" and that the springs were not for this door. He told me that the repairs could be made and that i would have to pay (minimum) $120.00. I told him "NO", that this was obviously the fault and responsibility of the company, and I wasn't going to pay anything. David left. I called the company again and the same receptionist answered. I asked to speak with a supervisor. She hesitated and asked for the reason. I explained all. She said she would have a supervisor respond. Within a couple hours "Danny" text me (from Ph# 833-357 2853) and asked that he inspect the work. The next day he arrived with a partner. He was a TECH!) He immediately said that the wrong springs had been installed and that I would have to pay for labor ...only! I told him "NO". He left. I called the company again and asked to speak with a SUPERVISOR!! She said that Mike Andersen would be calling me. About 3 days later "Bennie" called me ...possibly Benjamin Merritt. (His ph did not display a number). I explained my situation. He did not seem interested in the least but said would get back to me. This same day received a call from "Mike". His Ph# 747-295 9259. It was near impossible to understand him with his extreme accent. Call ended with no progress. I called the company again. Again, asking for a supervisor. About 3 days later "Bennie" called me ...possibly Benjamin Merritt. (His ph did not display a number). I explained my situation. He did not seem interested in the least. Immediately he said that he had talked with the two techs who had been at my home. I asked Bennie what their names were. He hesitated ...and then I asked was one who had installed the springs ...he said "yes". I asked, "what was his name" (?) and he said "Jonathan". I asked what Jonathan's last name was and where I can get ahold of him. Bennie said he no longer worked for the company, and he didn't know where he lived. Bennie went on to say that, per the techs maintenance was necessary to fix the problem and I would have to pay for the labor. I told Bennie that this was your company's fault and error installing the wrong springs and that I was not going to pay for YOUR errors. The call ended. I could not find any company info (license ...or ScamPulse.com info ...or YELP info ...or internet info) on this company. There were no other phone numbers or addresses for this company.

Ordered to retention springs. Ended by buying new springs and cables for garage door for 2300$. 3 month later doors become heavy and failed to open. They came and said I have to pay $300 again for labor.
They are professional scammers.

The company has several different name. New company name is Bright Garage Door Inc. They said it's free estimate. But there is no free estimate. they just install without the price estimation. The price is way higher than the market price. Its [censored]

Noel Garage Door appears to discreetly work as Garage Door and Gate Repair and have the same owner. Garage Door and Gate Repair is used to scam people so Noel is not tarnished and good reviews are maintained.

These technicians are not trained or educated and do a a very bad and incomplete job. They prefer cash or Zille for setting your garage door to be OFF BALANCE so it fails within few weeks. As I understand Hebrew, the technicians purposefully set the door in a way so the motor works too hard and breaks the cables or the motor. Warranty information is a scam only to get paid.
Several people have had this experience in the San Fernando valley and invoices with warranty information do not have an address.

On Sept 21, 2022 I had a garage motor installed. the install was done completely wrong, I was given a warranty as noted on my invoice paperwork. I called Jan 3rd of 2023, I have gotten the. run around several times. They company doesn't call or show up at all. Its been 3 weeks with no response. I have no other choice but to contact the BBB and get a lawyer

If your overhead garage door needs emergency repair and you can't seem to get ahold of anyone to do a quick repair be aware there are scammers that you did not call that will appear at your door and misrepresenting themselves as a company you called and they commit to providing a standard spring replacement, but did not provide an estimate upfront and only when work is completed do they show you a totally inflated bill thousands of dollars more than any reputable dealer would charge. And they will wreck your motor and claim you broke it and charge you for a new motor 4 times the normal cost. Be aware of this company and their phone number of 888 676 2896 as they do not have an address.
