I saw an ad on facebook for a portable gaming system similar to a “gameboy”. I was intrigued and clicked on it, and ended up paying for one. I got an email a week or so later saying it was shipped, but multiple weeks later never received anything. I reached out via email (the only contact available on their website) asking where my order was. They responded saying my order got lost in shipping and that they would send me another. Weeks later I reached out again asking where it was, I was told they would be checking on my order and getting back to me. Finally I emailed them again asking for my money back, they wrote me back agreeing to a refund, even sent me an email with a refund confirmation, saying the refund would take 5-10 business days. It’s been almost three weeks and I have yet to receive any refund.
