Type of a scam Retail Business

This post is spot on

Charismatic sales people on the phone very believable story but coming all from Chemical company in Ft Lauderdale Florida. Could use Universal Chemical or Khemical. The number is correct and they seem to always call from the 866-929-1855 and they call through Microsoft teams so it seems legit. They will send you the cleaner / degreaser with the Universal solutions label and if you try to return it it will just keep coming back until the 30 days refund period expires. Next thing you know your finance department is calling to ask if they should pay. They also offer Amazon gift cards in addition to the flashlight.

Future industrials entire pitch

To all of the Maintenance/ plant/ supervisor/ facilities managers- Whatever your job title is- this company deals with wholesale maintenance supplies. They are looking for guys who order the maintenance supplies for the companies. They'll call you saying they want to get out their newest catalogs but that is a lie. If you do not end up giving verbal confirmation they will not send out the catalog. But they will lie saying that they are going to send it out. The only thing they want to do is sell their products. The telemarketers on the phones are not bad people per se and they're just trying to do their job.

Former telemarketer for this company

I was previously employed at this company. If they call you do not engage in any conversation. They will lie to you and try to sell you two "small" products- the ultra one shot cleaner and the ultra one shot degreaser- that come out to $1,540. This company is a scam do not trust them! My experience working here was terrible and I do not recommend.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

We received in cleaning chemicals that were not ordered by us, and then asked to pay $1,484.12 for it. There was a red stamp on the inovice stating "5% Discount if Paid within 21 days". No email address, no website, and no place for a Purchase Order number to be placed. Not even the last name of the "sales representative" was on the document either. They are not an approved vendor of ours, let alone have we even heard of them. We are currently trying to send the chemicals back so we do not have to pay this egregious charge.
