My wife ordered a Dog bed from the furrybed company. They charged our credit card and never sent a confirmation e-mail or tracking number. I e-mailed three times, each time I received an email saying that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. Nobody followed up. I phoned got an answering machine and left a detailed message. No return call.
