I ordered five of these collars which one was supposed to be free which I paid for. These flea collars I ordered were supposed to be 72 cm when they came they were only 62 cm. When I received them I found the same product on another website for $1.00. The collars were only on my dogs for three days they didn't work and kept falling off cause they were too small. I immediately emailed the company and requested a refund. I never got a response I kept emailing these people and nothing. I had a day off and called they refused to give me my money back and I even offered to send their $1.00 collars back and they said keep them. I want my $175.91 back I do not want these pieces of rubber. please do not get suckered in to buying these collars it is a scam and they refuse to refund your money even if you attempted to contact them right away. When you goggle best flea collars this site comes up as #1? Someone needs to remove it.
