Scammed Out of $45

Purchased a hoodie on November 25th. Funds were taken from my bank account on November 27th. Product wasn't received by Xmas. Reached out to Free From Fear via email two times with no response. Messaged on Instagram two times and no response. Correspondence included order # and all my contacts info. Never received a response from Freefromfear.

No mailing address and no phone number should have been major red flags. Filed a dispute with my bank. Should have done it much sooner. Hopefully I get the $45 back this company stole. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER! They'll take your money and then ghost you. Shameful.

I placed my order in August 2023, with 2 items and they only sent me 1 after 2 months

My second order was September 2023,with 3 items and they only sent 1 after 2 months

I’ve been sending them emails
And they just replying saying that they apologize and in 2 weeks they will send the other pieces but nothing.
3 weeks ago they stoped responding to my emails
**Sad that they use Gods name to scam people :(

Not a scam, just terrible customer service

I bought a shirt from this company I trusted, as they are a small couple owned, Christian faith based brand. I needed the shirt for a photoshoot i was having in LA I’m from florida. It took 5 whole weeks to get to me. Late. I already had gotten back from my trip. Then, to make matter worse, it was the wrong color.

I reached out to the brand via their orders email. No response ever. I reached out via Instagram. I got a response and apologies but was only offered a coupon code for my next order if I wanted to return it or a partial refund if I kept it. I just wanted my freaking money back.

I said “partial refund” then since that’s the best they can give. They saw my message and NEVER gave me the money back. I reached out several times over. They have ignored me since. I wouldn’t trust these influencer brands on social media. You’re making them rich off your hard earned money.

Ordered via website, received confirmation email- weeks passed with no delivery- followed up with company via email they apologized said order will be sent ASAP with free shirt for the "trouble" then nothing. Weeks passed again I sent another follow up- no response. I sent another follow up- zero response and no item has been sent.

It's now been almost 4 months and no response from the company.
