Ad on Facebook showing retro Cathay sweaters and jackets. Sure looked legitimate and was secured on the browser. How ever after a week of no shipment update I contacted their contact email, the only contact information available. After another week I contacted them three more time requesting a refund. All these attempts to contact them were unsuccessful/ unanswered. Ordered 12dec2023 and as of 22dec2023 I haven’t received any response or update and through the order confirmation email (only email received) it states awaiting shipment.
